The invention relates to medicine, namely to physical therapy, and can be used in urological, cosmetology, physiotherapy department and offices of hospitals, clinics, health centers, medical centers. The proposed device is a bulb with a fixed proximal end to its sealing ring collar of the power line a silicone rubber. The bulb has a pin hole in the distal part and the fitting, which is attached to the apparatus by pneumatic hose periodic pulsed vacuum. It is possible to use, for example, "pneumatic vacuum pulse massager aspirator" (patent №112626). O-ring-type sleeve clamp connects "crocodile" cable connected to an apparatus for electrical stimulation, e.g., "Amplipuls", "Intraton" and others. The apparatus is intended for treating erectile dysfunction, rapid ejaculation. Vacuum pacemaker allows the vacuum and electrical stimulation of the penis at the same time. This combined effect of physiotherapy has hemodynamic, anti-hypoxic effects, improves trophic and smooth muscle tone, restores the activity of the neuromuscular apparatus bodies. Vakuumelektrofallostimulyatsii procedure is performed 1 time per day, the duration of 10-15 minutes, 10-15 treatment sessions. The apparatus can be used in isolation or in a vacuum electrostimulating modes. Use of the device differs noninvasive, simple implementation and is fully compatible with other treatments. Side effects and complications were observed.
