DETECTION SIGNAL AMPLITUDE CONTROL DEVICE AND METHOD OF A PHASE DETECTION METHOD LASER SCANNER WHICH UNIFORMLY CONTROLS THE AMPLITUDE OF A DETECTION SIGNAL OF A REFLECTED LIGHT THROUGH A PROPORTIONAL INTEGRAL CONTROLLER
PURPOSE: A detection signal amplitude control device and method of a phase detection method laser scanner are provided to accurately measure the distance of an object regardless of surface color of the object.;CONSTITUTION: A reverse bias voltage controller(40) applies a reverse bias voltage to an optical signal detector. The optical signal detector detects reflected light of laser light which is reflected after being projected to an object from a laser light source. The optical signal detector changes the reflected light into an electric signal. A root-mean-square detector(50) detects a root-mean-square of an output signal of a signal processor. The signal processor processes the electric signal changed by the optical signal detector and detects phase difference of the reflected light and reference light. A proportional-integral controller(70) integrates the difference of the root-mean-square and a reference voltage and outputs it as a control signal of the reverse bias voltage controller.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
