摘要
A method for regulating intracellular signaling by a phosphorylated protein using an antibody is provided to control molecular interaction prevent and treat intracellular signaling-related diseases such as prostate cancer, lung cancer, and breast cancer. An intracellular signaling is controlled by a phosphorylated protein expressing antibody which specifically binds with the phosphorylated protein in a cell. The antibody regulates the interaction of molecule containing amino acid residue of phosphorylated protein. The phosphorylated protein is phosphorylated STAT3 (signal transducers and activators of transcription 3), pPLC-gamma (para phospholipase C gamma) and phosphorylated Akt.
