The invention seleno protein comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2 or the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 antibodies and provides a method of manufacturing the same of S -specific seleno protein that binds to the S (selenoprotein S). Antibodies according to the present invention described above can be utilized to be utilized in Western blotting as well as immunoprecipitation useful for quantitative and qualitative analysis of seleno protein S.
