PURPOSE: A nutritionally balanced baby food, patient meal, and a milk are provided to be easily absorbed without burden. CONSTITUTION: A complex kimchi lactic acid group is selected in the Lactobacillus plantarum, the Leuconostoc kimchii, and Leuconostoc citreum. One or more strains selected in the group consisting of the complex kimchi lactic acid group is the Leuconostoc mesenteroides, the Leuconostoc gasicomitatum, the Leuconostoc lactis, the Lactobacillus sakei, and the Lactobacillus brevis. The complex milk lactobacillus selected in the group consisting of the complex milk lactobacillus is the Lactobacillus acidophilus and the Streptococcus thermophilus. One or more milk lactobacilluses selected in the group consisting of the complex milk lactobacillus is the Bifidobacterium longum and the Lactobacillus bulgaricus.
