PURPOSE: A diketopyrrolopyrrole-based polymer is provided to provide an organic thin film transistor having high hole mobility and excellent thermal stability because of excellent solubility and anti-oxidation.;CONSTITUTION: A diketopyrrolopyrrole-based polymer is represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R1 is selected from a group consisting of R1, hydrogen, deuterium, a C1-C60 alkyl group, a C3-C60 cycloalkyl group, a C6-C60aryl group, a C3-C60 heteroaryl group comprising one or more selected from N, O and S, a C1-C60 heteroalkynyl group, a C1-C60 alkynyl group, and a C1-C60 heteroalkyl group.
