PURPOSE: A one-touch binding device for a precast prefabricated structure and a precast prefabricated structure using the same are provided to easily bind a foundation part, a column part, and a coping part with multiple tension wires. CONSTITUTION: A one-touch binding device(50) for a precast prefabricated structure comprises a body(51), multiple wedges(52), contact rings(53), and elastic bodies(54). A binder(20) for binding multiple tension wires is inserted into the body. The wedges strongly wedge the binder. The contact rings horizontally stick the wedges to wedge insertion grooves formed inside the body in multi stages. The elastic bodies push the wedges to the opening(51a) of the body and longitudinally stick the wedges to the wedge insertion grooves.
