PURPOSE: A measuring method for intraocular pressure is provided to remarkably reduce stress from an observer measuring intraocular pressure and an observed person by fast and exactly calculating intraocular pressure.;CONSTITUTION: An potentiometer output corresponding to reference intraocular pressure values of 7 to 15 and/or an analog-digital conversion value thereof are saved in flash memory of a central processing unit(S10). The potentiometer output about the intraocular pressure values between the reference intraocular pressure values and/or the analog-digital conversion value thereof is saved in the flash memory of the central processing unit(S12). Positions of a prism and a lever for measurement are identified by using a sensor like a photo interrupter(S22). The pressure applied to an eyeball through the prism for measurement and power applied to a spring corresponding to lever torque are transferred to the central processing unit in voltage values of 0 to 3.3V(S24). The central processing unit changes an inputted voltage value into a digital value of 12 bits(S26). The intraocular pressure value corresponding to the analog-digital conversion value is calculated(S28).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
