PURPOSE: A U-service method and a system thereof are provided to reduce memory use of an event queue by deleting an event of maximum effective time from an event queue. CONSTITUTION: Rule sets for generation of a complex situation event are stored in database. If the single situation event is received, the latest deletion time is compared with current system time based on deletion time information of an event in the database(S220). The same situation event passing the maximum effective time is deleted(S221). The single situation event is stored in the event queue.
