LIQUID SPRAY HEAD, A LIQUID SPRAY DEVICE, AND A LIQUID SPRAY HEAD MANUFACTURING METHOD FORMING IMAGES, CHARACTERS, AND THIN FILM MATERIALS IN A RECORDING MEDIUM BY DISCHARGING LIQUID FROM A NOZZLE
PURPOSE: A liquid spray head, a liquid spray device, and a liquid spray head manufacturing method are provided to reduce the number of a wiring electrode on a flexible substrate with respect to an output electrode on an actuator substrate and to facilitate an electric connection of the wiring electrode on the flexible substrate and the output electrode on the actuator substrate.;CONSTITUTION: A liquid spray head comprises an actuator substrate(2), a cover plate(3), a flexible substrate(4). The actuator substrate comprises a plurality of grooves(5), a driving electrode(7), and an output electrode(8). The cover plate is welded on a surface of the substrate and upper openings of the plurality of grooves are blocked, thereby constituting a plurality of channels. The flexible substrate is welded around a rear end part of the surface of the substrate and comprises the wiring electrode electrically connects to the output electrode. The plurality of channels comprises a discharging channel(11) discharging liquid and a dummy channel(12) not discharging the liquid. The discharging and dummy channels are arranged by turns and a groove constituting the dummy channels is extended to the rear end part of the actuator substrate.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
