PURPOSE: A solution level sensor and a solution level sensing method, a solution supplying device having the same, and a solution supplying method are provided to obtaining a solution level sensing by possibilities of a malfunction because a solution level senor is prevented from being influenced by an external temperature change.;CONSTITUTION: A solution level sensor(240) comprises a block member(242), a bladder(248), an elastic member(244), and a measuring member(246). The block member is attached on one side of a container. The bladder is arranged inside the container and a buoyancy of solution is applied to the bladder. One side of the elastic member is fixed to the block member and the other side is fixed to the bladder and the elastic member is transformed according to a change of the buoyancy. The measuring member is attached on the elastic member, measures a size of the deformation, and outputs a physical signal value corresponding to the solution level proportional to the size of the deformation.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
