摘要

PURPOSE: An automatic real-time PCR system for the various analysis of biological samples, a method for automatic nucleic acid purification and real-time quantification of gene amplification, a method for automatic viable cell count of pathogenic bacteria using real-time quantitative PCR, a method for automatically getting antigene density using quantification immunity PCR, and a method for target nucleic acid purification are provided to accurately inspect few microorganisms. CONSTITUTION: An automatic real-time PCR system for the various analysis of biological samples includes a deck(1000), an automatic purification and reaction preparing unit, an automatic deck storing and moving unit(2000), a sealing unit(6000), a centrifuge(7200), a real-time quantification of gene amplifying unit(8000), and a PCR multi-well plate moving unit(9000). The deck loads a biological sample treating multi-well plate and a PCR multi-well plate into which a mixture to be reacted is injected. The automatic purification and reaction preparing unit divides target nucleic acid on the PCR multi-well plate to be mixed with reagent. The sealing unit seals the upper side of the PCR multi-well plate. The real-time quantification of gene amplifying unit amplifies target materials in the PCR multi-well plate.
