摘要

PURPOSE: A cancer therapeutic adjuvant containing attenuated Salmonella for bioradiotherapy is provided to lower radiotherapy strength and to maximize therapy efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A cancer therapeutic adjuvant for bioradiotherapy is alternatively used with radiation. The adjuvant contains attenuated Salmonella which is transduced by an expression vector which expresses INF-gamma. The adjuvant is administered by hypodermic injection. The Salmonella is administered in amount of 10^3-10^9 cfu/100ul and is Salmonella typhimurium BRD 509.
