PURPOSE: An electronic celestial navigation system for ships is provided to prevent the emergency situations and accidents of a sailing ship by detecting the angle of the ship and detecting real-time ship positioning.;CONSTITUTION: An angle detection sensor part(20) detects the angle of a ship to positioning the observation position of the ship. An observation position power database server(30) detects the real-time position for the location of the ship according to a detected angle value. The observation position power database server transfers the detected position to a stabilizer controller(40). The stabilizer controller interprets the modeling of a ship motion moment.
