The urban (town and city) resilience bench-marker is an online community engagement tool guiding stakeholders through a collective and collaborative self-assessment of the holistic or integrated social-ecological determinants of resilience and adaptive capacity within their urban area. The tool will raise awareness of the fragility of complex urban systems amongst participants and the need to build urban resilience, by "red flagging" factors within a town or city requiring capacity building or policy development, and provide transparency and accountability for action in responding to change.Figure 1 URAl PCSA URA2 B "4
