The invention describes a novel complete chromosome analysis in blastomeres, applied in fresh in vitro fertilization cycles for determining the genetic balance according to the loss or gain of chromosome regions without freezing and reducing the embryo viability, avoiding the loss of physiological capacities that may have an impact over the survival and implantation; with this the results are obtained in 30 hours, which enables healthy embryos to be implanted in the uterus in optimum genetic conditions with chromosome balance, also reducing risks of abortion, and the incidence of individuals with chromosome anomalies.
