PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method to detect change of subject's physiologic or psychological state with high sensitivity.;SOLUTION: The device to detect physiologic and psychological state 1 provides a physiologic indicator measuring means 10 to measure subject's physiologic indicator, a fluctuation extracting means 18 to extract fluctuation of the physiologic indicator measured by the physiologic indicator measuring means, a fluctuation characteristic extracting means 20 to extract a characteristic change in fluctuation from the fluctuation of the physiologic indicator extracted by the fluctuation extracting means, and a significant characteristic extracting means 24 to detect a characteristic change of which occurrence frequency is beyond a specified threshold from the characteristic change of fluctuation extracted by the fluctuation characteristic extracting means, and it detects change of subject's physiologic and psychological state from the results detected by the significant characteristic extracting means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
