PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unfinished job-supporting system which checks the contents of unfinished transactions, to which entry processing is not collectively made at a center, and completes processing to the unfinished transactions; and to provide an unfinished job-supporting method and an unfinished job-supporting program. PSOLUTION: The control part 21 of a supporting server 20 acquires unfinished transactions and executes dividing processing to divide the unfinished transactions in preferential order. Then, the control part 21 outputs a list of the unfinished transactions to an operator terminal 10. Then, the control part 21 identifies the unfinished transactions in the list of the unfinished transactions in the operator terminal 10. Then, the control part 21 identifies exclusive screens on the basis of job-section identifiers for the unfinished transactions and sequentially outputs the exclusive screens to the operator terminal 10. Then, the control part 21 executes base-altering processing, in consideration of a state of conclusion and a time limit in which the alteration is possible, when receiving instructions for base alteration.
