PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate the number of communication devices for performing an inter-base point conference through a communication network which is required at each base point for performing the conference, with no business trip required.;SOLUTION: An adoption number calculation device 1 includes a base points ratio calculation part 221 which calculates a base points ratio that is a ratio between the number of guest business-trip conferences, being the number of business-trip conferences at each host base point and the total number of business-trip conferences where a business person make a business-trip to the host base point, which is an other base point, with one base point taken as a guest base point, such that all the base points to which business-trip is made for participating a business-trip conference are the guest base points. It also includes an adoption number determination part 27 which determines an allocated adoption number for each base point, for allocating a communication device, for a electronic conference, of the upper limit of adoption number to be adopted by all of the plurality of base points to each base point according to the base points ratio. The adoption number determination part 27 prioritizes a base points ratio of the base point which has more total number of guest business-trip conferences among the base points ratios calculated for each host base point by the base points ratio calculation part 221.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
