The job offering/job seeking matching server c transmits the question for determining the problem solving ability belonging to the corresponding problem category, to a job seeker terminal b. The job seeker terminal b transmits a solution to the question for determining the problem solving ability, a desired article and so on to the job offering/job seeking matching server c. The job offering/job seeking matching server c records the solution to the question for determining the problem solving ability, the desired article and so on in the recording section.
