PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to easily grasp an actual field situation when the traffic of passerby is asked.SOLUTION: A dynamic body information analyzer analyzing information of a dynamic body in a monitoring area comprises: information acquisition means which acquires log information indicating the information of a dynamic body and image information of the monitoring area; analysis area decision means which decides an analysis area; determination means which determines whether or not there is the log information in the analysis area; calculation means which calculates the log information in the analysis area for each unit time; level determination means which determines a level of an amount of log information in the analysis area for each unit time from the log information in the analysis area for each unit time; cutout means which cuts out an image information corresponding to the analysis area having the log information for each unit time; storage means which associates and stores the level determination information which level is determined by each analysis area for each unit time and cutout image information for each unit time corresponding to the analysis area which level is determined.
