PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound erroneous detection discrimination device, a sound erroneous detection discrimination system, a sound erroneous detection discrimination method and a program that can improve accuracy of sound recognition in various noise environments.;SOLUTION: The sound erroneous detection discrimination device comprises: an input signal acquisition section acquiring a plurality of sound signals recording surrounding sound including sound from a sound source in a prescribed direction through a plurality of microphones; a recognition result acquisition section acquiring a recognition result including sound section information showing sound sections of the sound signals detected as a result of sound recognition based on the sound signals; an arrival rate calculating section calculating a sound arrival rate showing a rate of sound from the prescribed direction occupied in the surrounding sound in a unit time based on the signal and the prescribed direction for each unit time of the plurality of sound signals; and an error detection section detecting whether or not the sound section information is erroneous detection based on the recognition result and the sound arrival rate.
