The arrangement has a measurement device including a tubular body (1) axially arranged between support elements e.g. flanges (2, 3). A screw (5) axially traverses the measurement device by supporting its head (6) and its nut (7) on outer surfaces of the support elements. The tubular body comprises arms (10) that are only stressed in compression/traction and equipped with strain gauges (11) for measurement of stresses. The tubular body comprises calculation units to calculate under-head torque and an axial tension (Fo) using measurement values from the strain gauges.
