The implant has a small tube (1) with inserted into a tympanic membrane between a tympanic cavity and an outer ear. The small tube includes an end-sided flange (2) and with a through-hole. The small tube is provided with an outer flange (5) between the end-sided flange and an end (3) of the through-hole opposite to the end-sided flange, where the outer flange is formed as a screw thread (7). Cavities are formed between an outer surface of the tube and surfaces of the outer flange for accomodating pharmaceutical products. The end-sided flange is provided with recesses in an outer edge area (9). The end-sided and outer flanges are made of resorbable biomaterial e.g. starch acetate/polyethylene glycol 85/15 w/w, starch acetate/polyethylene glycol/polyethylene carbonate 60/30/10 w/w or starch acetate/polyethylene glycol/polypropylene carbonate 60/10/30 w/w.
