The cooler has a gas pocket (6) provided at an end and/or outlet of a pipe (5), so that the gas pocket is adhered at a needle (4). A throughput of gas-fluid mixtures is enabled using a mechanical pressure rise in the pipe, while detaching the gas pocket from the pipe and initiates the needle. Potential and/or kinetic energy difference of bodies with energy level is modified using capillary effect and/or ferromagnetic effect. The potential and/or kinetic energy difference are adapted for cooling the environmental fluid and generating energy.
