Door panel arrangement for fuselage structure of aircraft, has door panel including rear structure with door frame, which limits door cutout for receiving aircraft door, where center section of cutout is arranged between fuselage frames
The arrangement (1) has a door panel (6) including an outer skin and a rear structure with a door frame, where the door frame limits a door cutout (4) for receiving an aircraft door, and a center section of the door cutout is arranged between two adjacent fuselage frames (14a, 14b) of a fuselage structure (2). The outer skin forms an integral or integrally manufactured door panel with the rear structure and the associated door frame. The door panel is formed from a fibrous composite material component i.e. Carbon-fiber-reinforced plastic component. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a fuselage structure.
