LED lamp i.e. street lamp, has conductor path structure fixed on front side of plastic carrier and contacted by LED, where plastic carrier is fixed at metal holder for discharging LED lost heat
The lamp (1) has a plastic carrier (5) with a front side (6) on which a conductor path structure (7) is fixed by hot embossing. The conductor path structure is formed from a metal foil (10) and is contacted by an LED (8). The plastic carrier is fixed at a metal holder for discharging LED lost heat. The conductor path structure is formed as a stamped part from a copper foil (10), which is galvanically manufactured. The lamp comprises a metal holder (11) i.e. metal disk (12), which carries a plastic or glass lining. A stand (16) supports the metal holder.
