FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: in vitro simulating and studying diabetes consequences are ensured by dead-end nerve cerebral cell exposure to the D-glucose solution in the various high concentrations 6.0 to 25.0 mm for 30 min. The parameters of bioelectric activity of the prepared dead-end nerve cerebral cells are determined in simulating diabetes prior to and after the D-glucose exposure. The dead-end sections are preliminary incubated in the D-glucose solution of the concentration 5.5 mM for 15 min; the parameters of the induced bioelectric activity are recorded. Then comparing the cell parameters prior to and after incubation by the D-glucose concentration from 6.0 to 25.0 mM, an injury degree is evaluated.;EFFECT: method allows following in vitro dynamics of electrogenesis variations in the dead-end cerebral sections in simulating diabetes of the various stages, studying the remote consequences of diabetic neuropathy and conducting screening of pharmacological preparations for nerve cell protection in developing diabetes.;2 tbl
