PURPOSE: A common sport apparatus for connecting mobile device is provided to maximize use of a common sport apparatus and to improve the exercise effect of a user. CONSTITUTION: A common sport apparatus for connecting mobile device comprises a fixing unit, an operating unit, and a hanging unit(200). The fixing unit includes a main body installed on the surface and keeps the fixed state. The operating unit is connected to the main body to be exposed to the outside, is operated by a user, and provides an exercise effect to the user. The hanging part senses the exercise amount of the user through a signal about the movement of the operating unit.
