PURPOSE: A continuous inflow type real-time discharging water quality prediction system of a sewage disposal plant, based on a dynamic-mass balance model is provided to use the information generated from a field measurer for driving the model. CONSTITUTION: A continuous inflow type real-time discharging water quality prediction system of a sewage disposal plant, based on a dynamic-mass balance model includes a prediction unit and a calculator. The prediction unit includes the dynamic-mass balance model(10). The prediction unit is for predicting the quality of water discharged from a continuous inflow type biological wastewater treatment plant. The calculator is for improving the accuracy of the water quality predicted by the prediction unit.
