PURPOSE: A boundary filtering method of a 2D city building object using RGB band emphasis and his color conversion is provided to obtain planarization 3D geographical information by correcting altitude information of building object based on planarization coordination information having a low height coordinate value among planarization coordinate information. CONSTITUTION: A border intensifying filtering unit extracts digital aerial picture information about an image of a specific area from a digital aerial picture storing unit(S510). The boundary strengthening filtering unit extracts impermeable ground information from the extracted digital aerial picture information(S540). The boundary strengthening filtering unit performs HIS(Intensity, Hue, Saturation) color conversion and RGB(Red, Green, Blue) band emphasis. The boundary strengthening filtering unit performs boundary strengthening filtering about a boundary which is distinguished 2D building object(S550).
