The nanocarbon bundles include a first average particle size and pre-set lengths. The average particle size of the nanocarbon bundles is reduced into a second average particle. The nanocarbon bundles are dispersed into a dispersing agent and a solvent. The second average particle size is become between 0.1um and 5um. The viscosities of the nanocarbon bundles are less than 300cps. A method for evaluating nanocarbon includes the following: A nanocarbon dispersion solution is mixed with urethane. The mixture is applied on a film. One selected from the electric conductivity, the permeability, the scratch resistance characteristic, and the surface hardness of the film is measured.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
