The present invention relates to a quantum efficiency measuring device of a solar cell and a method of controlling the same, in which a white light is extracted into two groups by adjusting the position and angle of a reflector in a single light source, and light having the same waveform at a corresponding wavelength is converted into a solar cell of a sample stage. By measuring the quantum efficiency of the solar cell by allowing it to be incident, it is manufactured in a structure using only a single light source without using a plurality of expensive light sources, thereby significantly reducing the product cost of manufacturing the quantum efficiency device of the solar cell. The present invention provides a quantum efficiency measuring device for a solar cell and a control method thereof. Another embodiment of the present invention is a structure that generates a white light using only a single light source without using a plurality of expensive light sources, so that the number of times of frequent failures or frequent replacements caused by using a plurality of light sources is significantly reduced. The present invention provides a quantum efficiency measuring device of a solar cell and a method of controlling the same, which significantly improve the maintainability of the device.
