PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a 3d spiral actuator is provided to manufacture the new actuator in which the various technologies are welded by embodying the new one-dimensional scroll structure and 3D photonic actuator.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a 3d spiral actuator comprises the following steps. The silica nano colloid FCC(Fluidized Catalytic Cracking) single crystal is formed in the fluorinated surface of the mold substituted for fluorine. The monocrystal is self-assembled and the photonic crystal is formed. The non-polar PDMS(Polydimethyl Siloxane) precursor is thermally hardened in the space of the photonic crystal with addition.
