PURPOSE: A ground apparatus using circular concrete earth pole and construction method thereof are provided to embody a low ground resistance value by combining a bar with a stainless plate equipped with semipermanent durability and using conductive mortar equipped with an excellent ground effect in order to shape a ground pole.;CONSTITUTION: An earth core(10) forms a third combining unit that combines an earth lead terminal(40) with other side separated with a second combing unit. Discharge bars(20) are combined and fixed at a first combing unit of earth core and the lower end of the second combing unit. A conductive shaping member(30) is wrapped around a first fixing unit and a second fixing unit except for the third combing unit, in state of the discharge bars are combined with the earth core of the first combing unit and the lower end of the second combing unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
