PURPOSE: An apparatus for separating carbon nanotube and a method for separating the carbon nanotube using the same are provided to separate the carbon nanotube by lengths without the deformation and the damage of the carbon nanotube.;CONSTITUTION: A feeding part(310) feeds fluid and carbon nanotube. An alignment inducing part(320) is in connection with the lower side of the feeding part. The alignment inducting part is tapered shape from the lower side of the feeding part. An aligning part(330) is in connection with the lower side of the alignment inducing part and aligns the carbon nanotube to the flowing direction of the fluid. The diameter of the aligning part is the same as that of the alignment inducing part. Opening parts(331, 332, 333, 334) are formed at the sidewall of the aligning part.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
