摘要

PURPOSE: An anti-friction coating is provided to improve the organization intensity of multilayer friction bearing of soft tin-based alloy. ;CONSTITUTION: An anti-friction coating(4) comprises the next step. Antimony constitutes content is 20 weight% at the most. Copper constitutes content is 10 weight% at the most. The total content of lead and bismuth is 1.5 weight% at the most. The total content of copper and antimony is higher than 2 weight%. The tin is made of tin-based alloy existing as the form of inter-metallic phase or beta-tin grain. The content of antimony is 20 weight% at the most. The content of copper-silver is 10 weight% at the most. The total content of zirconium, silicon, zinc, nickel and silver is 3 weight% at the most.
