PURPOSE: A producing method of refined sugar, white medium soft sugar, and black sugar using a direct collection method is provided to economically produce the sugar by removing a raw sugar manufacturing process.;CONSTITUTION: A producing method of refined sugar, white medium soft sugar, and black sugar using a direct collection method comprises the following steps: compressing and juicing sugar cane to obtain a sugar cane extract; adding lime into the extract, and removing foreign materials and impurities; vacuum-condensing the extract using a first vacuum-condenser(C1); obtaining first vacuum crystallized slurry containing sucrose; centrifugal separating the first vacuum crystallized slurry using a first high-speed centrifuge(S1); separating the extract into first solids and first mother liquor; producing the black sugar with the first solids, or transporting the first solids to a second vacuum-condenser(C2); obtaining second solids using a second high-speed centrifuge(S2) to produce the white medium soft sugar or transport to a third vacuum-condenser(C3); and obtaining third solids to produce the refined sugar.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
