PURPOSE: A method for preparing toxicity-removed outer membrane vesicle using a recombinant G(-) bacteria is provided to be used as a bionano vaccine.;CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing outer membrane vesicle(OMV) in which toxicity is removed comprises: a step of culturing a recombinant G(-) bacteria and producing toxicity-removed OMV; and a step of collecting the secreted OMV. The recombinant G(-) bacteria is prepared by deleting a gene encoding toxic sit of exotoxin from G(-) bacteria which has exotoxin and OMV generation ability.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
