A method for treating circumscribed scleroderma with clinically substantiated etiotropic and pathogenetic therapy comprises the following drugs: Vobenzyme representing the combination of highly active enzymes of plant and animal origin possessing immunomodulating, anti-inflammatory, fibrinolytic and secondary analgesic properties (in the form of dragee), Cuprenil possessing anti-inflammatory effect and interfering with collagen synthesis by cleaving the cross links between synthesizing tropocollagen molecules (in the form of capsules) and Medobiotin. In addition, the physiotherapeutic procedures are used: application of Saki muds, ionophoresis with multienzyme ointment Vobe-mugos, and the massage.
