摘要

In current practice the engine assembled transversely which means the crank shaft axis parallel to wheel track, for this type of assembly they provide three mounts A, B, & C respectively as shown in figure.1. Due to minor unbalancing of engine, which causes vibrations also the Flywheel of engine rotate in clockwise direction, so the piston movement and rotation of flywheel create Centrifugal forces which tends to rock it heavily about the axis which imaginary and passes through A and B mount. The `C" mount is f l exible which contains sliding stroke, and guide the rocking movement of engine. Due to the current position of mounts, overhang between A and B mount increases, which reduces the life of the mounts. Engine rocking causes the fouling issues of various components, also it will provide impacts on all three mounts. In this Invention new position of A, B, C mounts is invented, which provides better holding of engine, reduces the overhang of mounts, reduces the vibrations of the engine and decreases the vibration frequency.
