PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent unauthorized use of contents regarding service provision against intention of a service provider.;SOLUTION: In a task manager terminal 20, embedded information restricting use of the contents by digital watermarking or steganography is embedded in service data of a program or the like needed in carrying out service provision, and it is sent to a task performer terminal 40. In the task performer terminal 40, when the service data is received from the task manager terminal 20, the task performer terminal 40 extracts the embedded information from the service data, and the extracted embedded information is stored in a storing means.
