TEMPERATURE COMPENSATED CRYSTAL OSCILLATOR, PRINTED-CIRCUIT BOARD MOUNTED WITH TEMPERATURE COMPENSATED CRYSTAL OSCILLATOR, AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT MOUNTED WITH TEMPERATURE COMPENSATED CRYSTAL OSCILLATOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature compensated crystal oscillator accurately and stably compensating for variation in oscillation frequency, and to provide a printed-circuit board mounted with the temperature compensated crystal oscillator, and electronic equipment mounted with the temperature compensated crystal oscillator.;SOLUTION: The temperature compensated crystal oscillator includes an oscillation circuit including a crystal oscillator; a variable capacitor inserted in series in the oscillation circuit; a thermosensitive circuit element whose resistance value changes in accordance with a temperature of the crystal oscillator; and a correction circuit configured to correct capacitance of the variable capacitor based on a current value that is used when applying current to the thermosensitive circuit element.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
