PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loan contract management program which is suitable for preventing an increase in burden on a debtor who repays a floating interest rate loan even when loan interest rate rises.;SOLUTION: The loan contract management program does not recalculate an amount of each payment for level payment while fixing a payment term, but changes the number of payments by limiting the amount of payment for level payment to a predetermined reference amount, and updates the payment term accordingly, when applied interest rate of the floating interest rate loan changes. Specifically, as shown in S8 to S10 in Fig.8, the latest loan balance of the contract, an upper limit amount of each payment are read from a contract condition DB. The amount to be paid and the payment term for level payment are determined so that the amount of each payment is equal to or less than the upper limit amount, and is approximated to the upper limit amount. The applied interest rate, the amount of each payment, and the payment term are updated in payment conditions stored in the contract condition DB.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
