PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crab leg/crab claw-like fish paste product having an appearance and texture similar to the shelled leg of a relatively large crab such as a king crab, the shelled claw of a queen crab or the like, and preferably eaten directly, or used as the ingredient of one-pot dishes, fried or fried tempura-style, or cooked like a steak, and a method for producing the same.
