Device for e.g. precutting and peeling green bananas in form of chips, has upper platform articulated on lower platform, where pressure on upper platform compresses push rods on sections until drill slide along side walls of pulp
The device has a lower platform (1) equipped with a cutting plane (2) and feeders (3) comprising a slicing unit i.e. tubular drill (7), located at a base. An upper platform (4) is articulated on the lower platform such that banana placed within the plane is divided based on length and angles into sections. The sections are placed at interior of feeders such that pressure on the upper platform compresses push rods (6) on the sections until the drill penetrates into the banana to bottom and slide along external side walls of a pulp having sections such that the banana is peeled.
