Prosthetic femoral stems for use during installation of hip prosthesis on patient, has forming part projected from femur, where positioning between part and hole is conceived so that distance between center and axis is identical to stems
The stems have a lengthy medullary part (2) engaged in a medullary channel of a femur and comprising a transversal through hole (8) to accommodate a screw or a fixing pin traversing the femur. A prosthetic femoral collar forming part (3) is projected from the femur and equipped with a prosthetic femoral head. A relative positioning between the forming part and the through hole is conceived, so that a distance (E) between a center of the head in a position assembled on a part of the forming part and an axis of the through hole is virtually identical for all prosthetic femoral stems.
