Audio/video musical rhythms/tempos restoring system for use by deaf person, has manipulator transforming inaudible signals by manipulating electrical power of signals to present signals suitable for different applications
The system has a device for adding specific signals that are inaudible to human ear during audio/video recording. A manipulator transforms the signals by manipulating electrical power of the signals for presenting the signals in a form suitable for different applications. Electronic switches are provided for an operator to regulate the duration of the added signals, and an electronic device is provided for decoding and separating the added signals during playback of the recording.
