The organic wastes treatment device comprises a unit for recovery and isolation of windrows from external environment, a unit (2) for coupling and circulation of gas and liquid between the windrows, and a unit for dampening the windrow. The recovery unit is impermeable to gas and liquid, and equipped with a longitudinal vent for the evacuation of effluent gas produced during the oxidation-reduction process for thermophilic aerobic composting. The coupling unit is constituted of a tunnel formed by assembling an upper part with a water proof-, air proof- and gas proof cover on the vent. The organic wastes treatment device comprises a unit for recovery and isolation of windrows from external environment, a unit (2) for coupling and circulation of gas and liquid between the windrows, and a unit for dampening the windrow. The recovery unit is impermeable to gas and liquid, and equipped with a longitudinal vent for the evacuation of effluent gas produced during the oxidation-reduction process for thermophilic aerobic composting. The coupling unit is constituted of a tunnel formed by assembling an upper part with a water proof-, air proof- and gas proof cover (1a) on the vent of a primary recovery unit. The dampening unit produces hygrometric maintenance of substrates contained in the windrows.
