The method involves inserting an indication i.e. sign or collective mark, in a text of protection request of intellectual properties to permit awareness of terms and conditions of cession and/or acquisition of legal exploitation rights of intellectual property, where the indication explicitly relates a part of the terms and conditions for legal exploitation of the intellectual property. The indication sent towards information source e.g. Internet site, is directly or indirectly inquired on the terms and/or conditions. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a system for editing and broadcasting intellectual property registering request into a context, comprising a memory (2) a secure server for registering and publishing terms and conditions of cession and/or acquisition of legal exploitation rights of intellectual property based on a request of depositor.
